Door need fixing didn’t look anything like photos door rotten in toilet had to replace light globes mirrors were dirty glass was moving in shower water stains on ceiling

Would we stay there again - probabley not, but for the price we paid we can't complain too much.

It is a nice property although it is on the older side and needs maintenance. Very open and spacious. Bedrooms are a great size. Pool area was great for the kids. Air-con works great!

On walking into the house it looked amazing, however it desperately needs maintenance - toilet door is rotted away at the bottom, the shower screens were not clean nor were the kitchen taps/sink, knobs missing off some of the wardrobe doors. The pillows (not the pillow cases) were stained. But apart from that it is a nice two storey property. Location is not bad, took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the main street and beach/waterbom park.

The place has everything you need. But please clean up the mold and wash all your linen with bleach.

I liked the size. It was big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids.

The beds were as hard as rocks. There is a large amount of black mold on the roof in the upstairs area. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. Once white sheets were yellow. They were clean but stained. Towels were the same.

Even though we gave feedback to hotel to clean , we still think it’s only the clean surface. That’s a awful experience.

1. It’s unclean when we check in . We still can find someone’s clothes inside the closet. And used tissues inside the drawer, That’s awful . 2. There are many ants around the floor . 3.The sheet , cover and pillowcase are so unclean and still got a hole . 4. The floor and the toilet still are unclean .

Probably my least favorite stay in Bali. Would not recommend at all.

There was plenty of space at this villa.

The villa is rundown and the ensuite is disgustingly dirty, has a leaking sink, dripping tap and the tiles are revolting. The towels are stained, there are ants throughout, no hairdryer, bins not emptied for us, room not serviced daily, bed linen was old and stained, mats on outdoor chairs are old. Windows and doors have huge gaps in them. Pool area gets no sun at all.

Overall good out weighted the bad

Hosts were very helpful Pick us up and drop us a k to airport Checked In regularly to see what we needed and organised our washing. Filter water supplied, pool relaxing great A/C, relaxing

Unfortunately they were renovating the villa ne t door and lots of construction noise and a couple of time was late in the night Far away from shopping restaurants and bars

He really was helpful and went out of his way to help us in every way possible. Have stayed at 5 star hotels and the service compared to his has never felt so personal.
