It is a nice property although it is on the older side and needs maintenance. Very open and spacious. Bedrooms are a great size. Pool area was great for the kids. Air-con works great!
On walking into the house it looked amazing, however it desperately needs maintenance - toilet door is rotted away at the bottom, the shower screens were not clean nor were the kitchen taps/sink, knobs missing off some of the wardrobe doors. The pillows (not the pillow cases) were stained.
But apart from that it is a nice two storey property. Location is not bad, took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the main street and beach/waterbom park.
