The room was nothing like the one listed. It was dark, musty and poor quality. We found other accommodation and checked out after the 1st night. Will never return.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The rooms are old and run down and nothing works, the air conditioner in our bedroom leaked water everywhere, the shower did not work at all, I feel sorry for the staff always having to make excuses for how bad the rooms are.

The apartment was very old and same was the condition of all the appliances in the apartment. No proper ventilation. Even the apartment floor was not cleaned properly before we checked in. There was dampness in the room. Inadequate lighting. TV channels not working. Phone not working. Old and worn out sofa.

Nice location but rooms very outdated.

This is part of the Jakarta hotel, it’s at the front of the hotel so you use the facilities at Jakarta. The rooms are very outdated we had a connecting room and one room the a/c didn’t work. The rooms smelt not very nice it was a musky smell like they haven’t been used in a while. We used the sofa bed for my daughter and they provided no sheet/blanket or pillow to use and during the night she ended up sleeping in a big hole in the middle of the bed as it moved apart. You definitely get for what you pay for, room basic enough for sleeping in but not for relaxing in during the day.

The smell of the room, only received bath towels for the pool.

The staff was incredibly accomodating, the appartment better than expected with free drinkingwater, fully equipped kitchen, great shower, and we had a balcony view straight into the canopy of a holy tree. Our teenager loved the pools of the jayakarta hotel, and the closeness of the beach perfect for beginner surfing. 10/10

CHEAP SOMETIMES MEANS NASTY! THIS WAS THE CASE!

NO BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED WHICH WE KNEW BUT TO HAVE IT IN THE JAYAKARTA RESTAURANT IT WAS $45 PER DAY, PER COUPLE .......RIDULOUS!!

THE FIRST DAY/NIGHT WE DID NOT LIKE THE ROOM AT ALL....CURTAIN FALLING OFF AND DIDNT WORK...SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE....NO SHOWER MAT FOR BATH MADE IT VERY SLIPPERY. A DAMP, DANK SMELL AND THE WHOLE ROOM WAS SO DARK WITH LITERALLY NO NATURAL LIGHT! WE CHECKED ANOTHER LOCATION 2ND MORNING AND DECIDED TO MOVE OUT....ANOTHER 6 NIGHTS WAS NOT SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO. THESE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED SO I SUGGEST THE OWNER GO AND STAY A COUPLE OF NIGHTS....I'D BE SO EMBARRASSED TO BE THAT OWNER. WHEN WE TOLD THEM WE WERE MOVING OUT THEY OFFERRED US ANOTHER ROOM ...IT WAS MARGINALLY BETTER SO WE STAYED (MAINLY COS WE'D ALREADY PAID)

You could cook!

- Bathroom smells like a sewer - Bathroom mirror was pitted and silver backing was peeling off all over. - Bathroom tap loose; you have to hold the bottom so it won’t turn. - Safe box keypad No. 1 doesn’t work. If you’re happy with 2-9 then ok. - Fridge/freezer was frosted over so turned off to defrost free of charge. - Left some dirty dishes in the sink and was full of ants in 1 hour. Same with bin. - Airconditioning were on all the time and still hot. Cooling function not working properly!
