Over and beyond expectation

The resident dog, oreo is the cutest. The room is large and spacious, more space than i actually need but it feels good. Theres even a kitchen which i did not expect. The pool on the rooftop is nice for a dip. The design quality is exceptional. All the staff were very nice. Close to a lot of eating place but not too near to main road

The bed is on upper floor while the toilet is at lower. So a bit of walking in the middle of the night

Very comfortable home with all the necessities! Ruang Tekuni were very understanding when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly. A huge thanks to the team for accommodating us!

In bad shape!

Bed was comfy, good location.

I'm legitimately confused how there are so many good reviews about this hotel. When we checked in first thing we noticed was really strong chemical smell inside the room, like bleach or something really strong and unpleasant! Also there was almost no toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap, no hand towels. Would expect at least some soap for this money we paid. Towels were many years old, stiff and brown. Bathroom was in really bad condition, shower curtain smelled like pee and shower wasn't clean. Water was some how slimy and was hard to wash off. Didn't felt clean after. We stayed on the first floor and there was absolutely no daylight, the apartment was pitch black. There were no employees around, nobody in front desk. Would say there was absolutely no service, so can't even rate that. Only time we saw a staff member was when we checked in. We were really disappointed with our stay. We booked 3 nights and couldn't wait to leave. This place is overpriced and not worth the money.

Hidden Gem in the City

This place is immaculate. I love the little details of this place. Zen and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The staff were all accomodating and helpful. Good and quality service. Thank you. I'll definitely book again next time.

Matig. Donker hol en geen frisse lucht in de kamer.

Mooie binnentuin en zwembad op het dak. Handig dat je gebruik kon maken van wasmachines.

De kamer was een donker hol met een gebrek aan zuurstof. We waren blij om na 2 nachten uit te checken. We hadden 1 drinkglas gebroken en daarvoor werd een extreem hoog bedrag gerekend.
