Красивое, ухоженное, современное, очень просторное место. Современная, удобная техника на кухне, включая стиральную машинку с сушкой. Очень удобно. Супер отзывчивый хозяин, сразу реагировал на все вопросы и просьбы.
Есть сложности с сыростью стен. Кое где проступает влага. Мне это было не критично, но кому-то может не понравится.
