A beautiful apartment in the city center for a short or long vacation.

The location is absolutely great - many cafes and bars around, easy to get to the city centre and also very close to Weser. A very good balcony with a nice panorama. The sea thematic decorations and details are very nice and presented everywhere in the apartment. The bed linen, pillows, blankets and matrasses are very comfortable - it's a good thing to keep yourself in the warm soft bed on a rainy morning. The kitchen equipment is sufficient for preparing breakfast, lunch, and even dinner - just keep sure to take oil and basic spices with you. There are two coffee machines - first is a filter one, second work with capsules (we didn't find any but if you are staying for a long time, you can buy some in the Penny nearby).

We were spending a short vacation in December, so the temperature in the small corridor, separating the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, was quite low. But if you keep the door closed and the heating high while you're at home, it won't disturb you. The sound from the apartment upstairs was audible in the morning, bit it wasn't disturbing

A lovely place to stay.

First of all Thomas was a great host! I was working in Bremerhaven and because of Covid everything on the tourist side of the town was closed down. The supermarkets and town center are walking distance. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Alle Fragen konnte ich mit dem Vermieter klären. Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend. Kontakte zu Hausbewohnern waren positiv. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war günstig.

Kurzbesuch in der alten Heimat

Super Lage in der "Alten Bürger" mit Restaurants in der Nähe. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 großen Fernsehern und schöner Küche. Sehr grosser Balkon.

Alles schön eingerichtet.... nur ein Fön hat noch gefehlt...oder ich habe ihn nicht gefunden.... macht aber nix.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sich wirklich viele gute Gedanken gemacht um die Wohnung auszustatten. Habe selten eine so schöne Ferienwohnung gemietet. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Verkehrsanbindung zu den Touristenzielen ist sowohl fußläufig (wir laufen gerne) oder per Bus zu erreichen.

Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste z. T. renoviert werden. Balkon und Vorflur (da hat es hereingeregnet), die Aussicht war mäßig (auf einen Bauhof). Die Fotos entsprechen nicht wirklich der Realität

Maritimer Traum zu fairem Preis

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr nett. Gute Lage. Retaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Der Balkon geht nach hinten mit Blick auf ein Abstellgelände für Bauwagen. Lässt man den Blick etwas weiter schweifen, kann man die Weser und die Zugbrücke in der Schleusenstrasse beobachten, was dann wieder ganz interessant ist.

Gemütlicher Ausgangspunkt, um Bremerhaven mit Rad, zu Fuß und auf dem Schiff zu erkunden

Sehr schöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung mit praktischer Ausstattung in der ganzen Wohnung. Uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Schlafmöglichkeiten bequem. Hohe Decken, sehr großer möblierter Balkon. Lage gut, Innenstadt, Kreuzfahrtterminal, Fischereihafen- für uns mit Spaziergängen sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Haus sehr ruhig, Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Parken kostenlos im Umfeld möglich. Bettwäsche vorhanden sowie Handtücher, Geschirrtuch, Geschirrtabs und Spülmittel. Check-in über Telefon absolut unproblematisch, Kontakt sehr freundlich.

Toller Urlaub

Angenehme,sehr freundliche Kontaktaufnahme. Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Umgebung super,dicht am Hafen das Klimahaus , das Hochhaus mit der Aussichtsplattform und das Schifffahrtsmusum mit der Kogge alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne.

Mitten im Bremerhaven Kneipenleben, alles fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Parksituation. Wir haben an einem Wochenende kostenlos in einer Nebenstraße geparkt. Direkt vor der Wohnung sind Parkplätze mit Parkautomaten.

Super Ferienwohnung mit kurzen Wegen in die Stadt und zur Weser. Gerne wieder!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert: Angerufen, per Fernschaltung geöffnet und der Schlüssel lag auf dem Tisch. Die Ferienwohnung hat ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine recht geräumige Küche, Flur und Bad. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Balkonterrasse in Richtung Weser. Alles war hell, freundlich und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Küche gibt es alles an Gerätschaften, um sich dort auszutoben. Am oberen Ende der Bürgermeister-Smidt-Straße gelegen, gibt es ringsum jede Menge Kneipen und Lokale. Kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkraum steht in bequemer Laufentfernung zur Verfügung, mit Glück sogar vor der Tür. Von hier aus braucht man zu Fuß höchstens 15 Minuten bis zu den Havenwelten und damit Bremerhavens Attraktionen. Alles in allem sehr schön zu einem wirklich fairen Preis.
