Could have easily been a 5-star rating but with no welcoming items, and no window shades.

was supposed to be for 4 people using softa bed as 2nd bedroom. But with nothing to block the sun and Bremerhaven having light between 5AM and 10PM and facing east makes It is nearly impossible to sleep late. For two people - great - good bedroom and closet area. Also, when people arrive usually there is a welcome package so they can shower, have coffee/tea and something while reading the information booklet and deciding what to do. The nice patio view, etc. would have made this perfect. But the package was missing. The kitchen contained the minimal essentials - missing such things as oven Mit for hot items, large bowls, recycle bags, etc. The apt was clean, well decorated, with modern applicates and bathroom, great location, can walk to almost everything, and view of the inner harbor. Pictures were accurate. It just lacks the little final touches. Too bad I had wished to give it a 5-star rating.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Wasser und den Havenwelten.

Es fehlten leider Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem schönen Balkon. Es war nur noch einer von ehemals 2 Korbsesseln vorhanden. Ein kleines Sofa draußen wäre schön!

Gute Lage, Einschränkungen beim Schlafen

Die Lage ist schön, Blick direkt auf den neuen Hafen, Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet. Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Terrasse. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und nett nach telefonischer Absprache. Kurzfristige Erhöhung der Gästeanzahl war unproblematisch möglich. Wohnung ist auch für vier Personen groß genug.

Das Bett ist für zwei Personen relativ schmal und für uns beide eindeutig zu weich gewesen. Die vorhandene Schlafcouch ist zum Schlafen kaum geeignet, weil unbequemer geteilter Untergrund, wenn dann allenfalls mit einer Person. Uns hat auch gestört, dass vor dem großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer keine Vorhänge oder ähnliches waren. Denn die Wohnung kann von den Wohnungen rechts und links eingesehen werden.

Alles in allem hat uns der Kurztrip nach Bremerhaven in dieser tollen Unterkunft supergut gefallen!

Lage am neuen Hafen war super zentral. Wir haben das Auto nicht bewegt, da alles für uns fußläufig erreichbar war. Außerdem war der Fahrradraum super!

Wir beide sind große Personen, dafür war das Doppelbett mit 1,60 m Breite recht knapp bemessen. Da die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine eine Abschaltautomatik hat, wäre eine Thermoskanne noch klasse gewesen. Außerdem - da wir uns selbst versorg haben - ggf. noch ein Eierkocher und ein Toaster (für ein schnelles Frühstück) ;-). Und als weiteres Feedback: eine Ablage oder ein Korb, wo Duschbad, Shampoo und Co. Platz finden hätten wir auch zu schätzen gewusst.
