Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Große Wohnung mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in größerer Gruppe. Küchenbereich ausreichend ausgestattet. Parkplätze in der Straße vor dem Haus vorhanden und (am Wochenende) kostenfrei. Zentrum, Hafen usw. jeweils fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 min erreichbar.
Erdgeschosswohnung und für Fußgänger gut einsehbar, darum hatten wir auch tagsüber teilweise die Jalousien unten. Die angekündigte Terrasse, die wir zum Abend-Ausklingen nutzen wollten, ist quasi nicht vorhanden - lediglich ein (mit Mülltonnen und Fährrädern der Hausbewohner) ziemlich vollgestellter und verdreckter Innenhof.

Die Größe des Apartment war super. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher großzügig vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher. Aussenjalousin waren vorhanden. Vermieter sehr nett und flexible An und Abreisezeiten. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Leider gab es keine richtige Terrasse. Nur einen Hinterhof, wo die Mülltonnen des gesamten Wohnhauses standen. Das war etwas schade.

Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, sauber und hatte eine tolle, zentrale Lage. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Übergabe war absolut unkompliziert. An der Straße vor dem Haus kann man am Wochenende kostenlos parken .
Das Treppenhaus zu den restlichen Wohnungen war leider nicht renoviert und doch sehr abgewohnt. An den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern zur Straße sollte unbedingt Sichtschutz bzw Gardinen angebracht werden.
