Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist alles da, was man braucht.

Die Lage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Gegend ist sehr heruntergekommen, sehr viel Leerstand, sehr viel Müll auf der Straße.

Sauberkeit, schreckliches Treppenhaus, 2. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl. Schmale ausgetretene Stufen. Blick vom Balkon auf ungepflegte, kaputte Umgebung.

Große Wohnung, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Inklusive Spühlschwamm (und Ersatz), Kaffee +Filter, Salz, Mehl, uvm.

Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln kann, dann vielleicht, dass uns die "normalen" Fernsehprogramme ein wenig gefehlt haben. Dafür hat man die komplette Netflix-Auswahl.

spartanische Einrichtung (kaum Deko), trostloser Ausblick vom Balkon, schwarze Flecken an der Duschwanne (Schimmel?) da keine Lüftung, oder Fenster im Bad, die Tür zu einem Schlafzimmer ist fast rausgefallen da die Türangeln im Rahmen lose sind

Sehr schöne FeWo die zum Wiederkommen einläd.

Die FeWo liegt im Gebiet Goethestraße einem Wohngebiet aus der Gründerzeit. Entsprechend schöne Häuser umgeben einen. Die Wohnung ist wertig mit allem ausgestattet was auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zulässt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und lässt sich für guten Schlaf auch abdunkeln. Parken klappt nicht immer direkt vor dem Haus aber immer in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend und auch einen Waschsaloon.

Nach dem 5 ten Besuch hier, tolle Stadt, nette Menschen und hervorragende Gastronomie.

Es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Schöne geräumige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, allerdings nutzten wir nur den Kühlschrank. Auch die Lage war super, 15 min zum Klimahaus.

Ich wüsste nicht was, somit kann ich dazu keine Angaben machen.
