Disappointing for a so called "Premium stay"

We liked the location of the apartment and the fact that there was always a place to park in front. There were nice restaurants around too. Apart from a few delivery trucks, the neighbourhood is quiet. The chairs in the living room were comfortable.

The staircase of the building was very dirty and smelly. We almost considered staying in a different place. We had to use a jacket to cover our faces every time we entered of left the apartment. We never opened the windows of the rooms (room, bathroom and kitchen) facing the back of the building because the smell was the same as in the stairs. There were not enough towels (we were given one towel per person for the whole week), no hand towels and no towels in the kitchen to dry the pans we were asked to wash by hand. The wifi was unreliable and I had to use a hotspot with my phone several times in the first 2 days. We re started the router and then it was ok. The projector was a good idea but the Netflix didn't work - maybe due the the wifi issue... Only two people could sit on the sofa. The temperature of the shower was unstable. One of the rooms didn't have good curtains so the children would wake up with the light at 5.30AM. It was hard to have a good night sleep. It would have been nice to have at least enough coffee powder to make one mug when we arrived - the pot was completely empty. There were no cleaning products although we were asked to clean all surfaces before we left. I bought wipes to be able to do it.

No lift Shower a little bit broken, but is ok You have to search for parking on the nearby streets. Though we found it always maximum 200 meters from the house Apartment is good for 4 persons. 6 persons can also sleep with a comfort, but then you will have no common dining room.

Die Wohnung war gut.

Wie bereits erwähnt, war die Wohnung an sich gut, jedoch befand sich das Haus in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war alt, mit engen, dunklen Treppen bis in die dritte Etage, und im Hausflur herrschte ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch. Sauberkeit und Atmosphäre im Haus haben uns überhaupt nicht gefalle

Alles gut, zentrale Lage, super ausgestattet, Einrichtung modern und chic, Restaurants in der Nähe, Parkplätze in kurzer Entfernung, Lebensmittelmarkt ca 250 m entfernt. TOP

es war ein Straßenfest, daher etwas laut nachts (ausgelassene Partystimmung), Verbessrungsvorschlag lediglich, evtl noch einen TV ins Schlafzimmer wäre mega, der Beamer im Wohnzimmer ist jedoch ein absolutes Highlight.

Bis jetzt schlechteste Übernachtung , welche wir hatten.

Sehr altes Gebäude, der extreme Geruch nach Fett und Schimmel . Im Zimmer 3OG ist der Geruch nicht wegzukriegen , vorallem im Schlafzimmer.

Zentral funktionell groß, mit Einschränkungen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in der Stadt. Nachdem wir einen Parkplatz im (Parkverbot) gefunden haben konnten wir unser Gepäck in einem schönen alten Stadtreihenhaus bis in die dritte Etage tragen. Nachdem wir die Tür öffneten traten wir in eine große saubere und freundliche Wohnung, die für vier Personen ausreichend ist. Küche verfügt über alles was man zum überleben braucht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Der Beamer im Wohnzimmer funktioniert tadellos, außer am Tag wenn es hell ist dann kann man das Bild nicht erkennen. Für die Fahrräder gibt es auf der Straße Metallbügel zum festmachen. Die Pizza von gegenüber sind sehr lecker.

Der Geruch im Treppenhaus ist nicht gut. Parkmöglichkeiten praktisch nicht vorm Haus nutzbar.
