We had a very good experience here. The team was kind and helpful. Before our arrival, at our request, they kindly sent us clear check-in instructions in advance, which made everything easy and stress-free, especially since we were coming from far away.
During our stay, the water heater stopped working, so there was no hot water. As soon as we reported it, someone took care of it right away and it was fixed the same day. We really appreciated that.
After we checked out, we received a message saying that an earbud had been found during cleaning. They kindly offered to arrange a way to return it. That was very thoughtful and professional.
Communication was quick, clear and to the point. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!
