The City Comfort Apartment Boje is a completely newly renovated, approx. 112 sqm non-smoking comfort apartment on the first floor of a Wilhelminian style house. The rooms: A living room with passage to the even larger dining room, 3 sep. Bedrooms with a double bed (Boxspring) are depending on the number of people available, a modern kitchen with a small dining area and a special feature 2 shower rooms with WC. Conveniences include a dishwasher, a multi-function oven, a microwave, a large plasma TV and much more.
We require a deposit of 250, - € for this high-quality apartment, and once you have been our guests, you know why we do it. A high-speed wireless Internet access is available to guests free of charge.

The comfort apartment Sail, which is very popular with our regular guests, is located in the same house under the roof with a magnificent Weser and North Sea view. This light-flooded apartment thrills everyone because of the magnificent view over the rooftops of the city to the Weser and North Sea and is well suited, if you z. If you want to live with more friends or family in the same house (up to 14 pers.).

Die Wohnung Boje ist sehr ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen nach einem ersten kleinen Missverständnis meinerseits am Ende sehr gut ab. Für größere Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern kann ich die Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, 3 Min in die Stadt, ruhig, gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieterkontakt und der mit der Schlüsseldame waren sehr freundlich. Nach zwei Nächten können wir sagen: Geräumig die beiden großen, schönen Zimmer, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer klein, aber ok. Zwei Bäder, super, eins ziemlich klein, aber ok. Alles hübsch gemacht und sehr sauber. Wir hatten vergessen zu fragen, wie / ob man die Fußbodenheizung regulieren kann. Und wir hatten nur mäßig heißes Wasser. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem 140iger Bett (ca. 9qm) hat keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, es liegt zwar an einem Lichtschacht, aber die Fenster sind verrammelt. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Wohnung, eine gute Location. Wir überlegen, wieder zu kommen.

Supersaubere und sehr (!) geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten und netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Wasser beim Duschen könnte etwas wärmer sein (ist aber warm genug). Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind kostenpflichtig, Tagesticket kostet aber nur 3,5 Euro pro Tag. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Trotz zentraler Lage (Restaurants und Kneipen sowie Fußgängerzone + riesiges Einkaufszentrum und Klimahaus fußläufig zu erreichen) hatten wir keine Parkplatzprobleme (24-Std.-Ticket / 3€) Die Schlüsselübergabe konnte mit dem sympathischen Wohnungsbetreuerehepaar, welches im gleichen Haus wohnt, individuell abgesprochen werden. Netter, sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert, gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet, die Sanitäreinrichtung ist modern. Die Wohnung liegt ideal nah am Hafen und zu den wichtigen Museen und zum Klimahaus, zur Fußgängerzone und zum Einkaufszentrum Mediterraneo. Die hohen Räume mit den interessanten Stuck - Decken bieten zusammen mit der Fußbodenheizung ein angenehmes Raumklima.An den etwas langen Weg zwischen Esszimmer und Küche gewöhnt man sich. Die Kücheneirichtung ist komplett, sinnvoll, das Geschirr von guter Qualität. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Unser Familienwochenende in der fussbodenbeheitzten Wohnung bei draußen eisigen Temperaturen war in der sonnendurchfluteten Wohnung sehr schön. Gute Betten, Kaffeemaschine für Bohnen, bequeme Couch , saubere Kuscheldecken und Kissen , moderne Bäder mit 2 Duschen, Handtücher von guter Qualität ... wir waren sehr zufrieden. Immer gerne wieder, wenn man zentral in Bremerhaven wohnen möchte .

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Zoo, Auswandererhaus und einen Katzensprung von der Fußgängerzone. Sehr nette Vermieter, freundlicher Empfang. Die Ausstattung ist spitze, die Stuckdecken will man am liebsten mitnehmen :-) Bremerhaven ist auch im Winter eine Reise wert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte Lage für einen Stadtbesuch in Bremerhaven. Tolle Wohnung, grandiose Stuckdecken, sehr ansprechende Ausstattung und nicht überladen. Besonderer Punkt, für den wir den 6. Stern geben würden: Der ausgesprochen sympathische Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und der Wohnungsbetreuerin. Danke für alles!
