Communication with owner was poor, we only get instructions to get into the apt as we were standing in front of the entrance, the person on the phone was rather defensive, claiming he had sent via e-Mail all information, which he had not. He needed to excert some forceful mansplaining before eventually unveiling where the keys were to be found. Apt is in a rather bad city district, far from sea front and tourist ammenities, surrounded by council flats. Bathroom is humid with the aereation fan not working, water has a slight coloration, we decided not to take a shower as we discovered that, we brushed our teeth with bottled water, the apt is smelly, beds and pillows are old and of poor quality. Decoration is made up of plastic plants and cheap photos on the wall. Internet connexion is bad. Should not be on the short rental market at all

- Key pick up was simple - Plenty of parking behind the apartment block

- Apartment block is very run down and dirty. Parts of the steps were missing and full rubbish bags were in the hallway - Our apartment had a very strong smell of decades of stale cigarette smoke. We kept the windows open almost all of the time, but there was no escape from the terrible smell - Apartment had a lot of cobwebs and the floor was very grimy - Internet worked for 5 minutes of the 3 days we were there. - Bathroom door doesn't close and because the floor slopes, the shower floods the bathroom if you're not careful

Das Wetter und die Lage....

Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock... wurde nicht erwähnt... Die Einrichtung ist stark renovierungsbedürftig .... Die Betten durchgelegen... Badezimmer... Toilette defekt, Waschbecken läuft nicht ab... Badezimmertür untere Scharnier ausgebrochen...usw. Den Vermieter habe ich angeschrieben, versucht zu telefonieren.. Aber keine Antwort oder Reaktion...

Ich werde diese Unterkunft bestimmt nicht nochmal buchen!!!

Alles war extrem schlecht. Meine bisher Schlechteste Buchung bei Booking. Notdürftige Austattung. Die ganze Wohnung hat Gefälle. Und bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, daß wir in den 5. Stock müssen. Ich habe eine Gehbehinderung und musste 120 Stufen hoch in einem uralten Gebäude. Für mich einfach Katastrophe....

Nicht noch einmal!

Es gab im Hinterhof ausreichend Parkplätze

Die Wohngegend sehr herunter gekommen, ebenso das Haus, wo die Ferienwohnung war. An dem Haus wurde seit der Erbauung offensichtlich nichts gemacht. Die Wohnung sehr klein und unpersönlich, mit einigen Wollmäusen im Flur und im Schlafraum. Die Betten komplett durchgelegen, im TV gab es nicht ein einziges Programm, WLAN ließ sich nicht verbinden und die Lampen waren so schwach, daß man abends nicht mal lesen konnte. Aber am schlimmsten war das Bad. Winzig, die Tür ging nur zur Hälfte auf, weil das Miniwaschbecken im Weg war. Um ins Bad einzutreten musste man sich neben das Klo quetschen, und stand dann in einer Pfütze, weil die Rohre hinter der Toilette undicht waren. Dieses Bad ist eine Zumutung. Die Dusche haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt, waschen und Zähneputzen haben wir in der Küche gemacht.

Für meinen Zweck Besuch der Bremerhaven Sail 25 war es ok.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, es konnten 6 Personen schlafen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz war hinter dem Haus, zum Zollamt Roter Sand war es fussläufig ca 5 Minuten zu laufen. Dort war ein Einkaufszentrum, Bankfiliale. Vorn dort aus konnte man schnell den Deichweg Richtung Havenwelten erreichen. Weiter gab es Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Haus. Badezimmer hatte Tageslicht. Aussicht hatte ich von meiner Erdgeschosswohnung nicht, die Wohnung war lediglich zum Übernachten wegen Ihrer Lage ok, ich war zur Bremerhaven Sail 25 dort, das war ok. Urlaub möchte ich dort nicht machen! Schlüsselüberabgabe und Auschecken war problemlos. Die Dame war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Haustürschloss ging bisschen schwer, man musste sehr behutsam, den Schlüssel drehen. Es gab keinen Garten oder ähnliches, wo man sitzen konnte. In der Wohnung selbst, gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, alle 3 Zimmer waren zum Schlafen vorgesehen. Der Fernseher war groß, es konnte aber nur aus dem Bett mit den Zimmern mit 4 Schlafplätzen angeschaut werden. Wenn alle Zimmer mit 6 Personen belegt waren, ist es im Essraum sehr eng und im Bad ebenfalls.
