Forget about perfectionism! Not giving a damn would be a better description!

I liked location but as a person visiting friends living on the same street :-). Perfect view from our room.

1) The apartment is on the very last 6th floor, and there is no elevator in the house. So, we exercised a lot every day, especially during moving in and out. 2) There are kettle and coffee maker but no cups, mugs or glasses in the kitchen. 3) The sofa in the main room is old, dirty and broken (!!!) and therefore is completely useless. If the owner doesn't have money to buy the new one, it's better to throw this broken sofa away to improve guests' general impression of the appartment and add some space to the room under the roof. 4) Bed linen is not (well) ironed. It seemed that somebody slept before me, and I checked for bed bugs and somebody's hair. And hair was on a bed sheet! 5) Feather pillows are extremely slim (probably, because they are very old). 6) A holder for the shower head is broken which is not comfortable for washing head and taking shower. 7) There is no soap/shampoo, etc. So, it's good that toilet paper and towels have been provided ;-).

Das Hunde gern gesehen sind, war sehr positiv.

Das Ehebett ist am Rahmen gebrochen, man kann darauf nicht schlafen. Sommerdecken im Winter, kein TV, stinkende Handtücher, dreckiges Geschirr. Trotz Nachricht an den Vermieter, keine Antwort von ihm. Es ist eher eine Handwerkerwohnung, als eine Wohnung für Urlauber. Die Eingangstür verspricht keine Sicherheit. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht einladend und nicht empfehlenswert.

Viel Platz und schön warm. Spontane Buchung für unsere Familie möglich.

Ein Bett war extrem durchgelegen und ein Zimmer war sehr staubig, in einem anderen lag noch Zigarettenasche auf dem Fensterbrett und es roch nach Kippe. Die Fernseher gingen nicht.

Das Bild in der Küche

Teilweise sauber, dreckig, Kloring defekt. Waschbecken Silikon ausgerissen und locker. Herd in der Küche total verdreckt. Da würde ich nichts drin backen. Flecken an den Wänden. Haustüre ist irgendwie zusammen geflickt. Schimmel in der Dusche. Umgebung ist sehr gruselig, totale Ruinen, Aussicht ist nicht schön, unser Sohn hat sich total unwohl gefühlt. Betten gnarzen und qietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Bettwäsche riecht etwas älter. Das Haus ist total hellhörig. Parkplätze sind einfache Straßenparkplätze, hatten etwas Angst um unser Auto. Für eine Nacht, wenn man nichts erwartet ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Schade, hätte Potenzial.

Wohnung war sehr groß

Die Lage sowohl die Umgebung als auch der 4 Stock! Die Wohnung war mit drei Schlafzimmer, Küche und mini Bad ausgestattet! Die Matratze waren in allen Betten, dermaßen durchgelegen! Im großem Bett, 180x200 cm waren die Matratze dermaßen durchgelegen, dass die Matratze eine sichtbare Kuhle aufweisen tut! Im Bad ist der Wasserhahn locker und daß silikon weißt einen sehr großen riß auf ! Schade eigentlich man hätte durchaus mehr aus der Wohnung machen können! Leider war überall eine sichtbare staubschicht sichtbar.

Nie wieder, Vorsichtig bei Buchung.

An der Unterkunft hat uns überhaupt nichts gefallen. Das schlechteste, was wir jemals gesehen haben.

Booking com verkauft das Appartement mit 4. Etage. Es sind aber 5 Etagen und 100 hohe Stufen zu steigen. Es ist kein Appartement, sondern eine ausgebaute Bodenkammer. Ein Sofa darin, in der Mitte durchgebrochen, man konnte nicht darauf sitzen. Wenn man im Bett liegt, Kopffreiheit bis zur Dachschräge 20 cm. Normales Aufstehen aus dem Bett nicht möglich, weil man sich nicht aufstellen kann. Beim Betreten oder Verlassen der Wohnung muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht rückwärts die Stufen hinunterfällt. Aus den genannten Gründen waren die gebuchten 2 Nächte nicht zumutbar.

Miserable Wohnung und sehr schlechte Kommunikation

Das Bad war OK, aber es gab nur einzelne Toilettenrollen auf Nachfrage.

Es hat uns gar nicht gefallen, die Wohnung war nicht die gebuchte, sondern eine deutlich kleinere mit vielen Schrägen und 4 anstatt 6 Betten. Die Wohnung war dreckig, müffelte, das Soffa war kaputt und die Küchenstühle und der Tisch waren miserabel. Auf Nachfrage, dass wir die flache Wohnung hätten, wurde ein Preisnachlass angeboten aber nicht umgesetzt. Weitere Kontaktaufnahmen wurden ignoriert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

NICHT zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung befindet sich, nicht wie angegeben in der 4. Etage sondern in der 5. Etage. Die Fotos der Wohnung entsprechen NICHT der tatsächlichen Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich nämlich direkt unter dem Dach mit ziemlich unvorteilhaften Dachschrägen, an denen sich zig mal der Kopf gestoßen wird. Die Couch der Wohnung ist in der Mitte durchgebrochen, was wohl bereits seit über zwei Jahren bekannt ist. Ebenso die Duschkopfhalterung. Der Küchentisch sieht aus, als wäre dort zig mal mit dem Messer rein gestochen worden und das Geschirr musste vor dem benutzen erst mal ordentlich gespült werden. Das Fenster in dem separaten Schlafraum ist defekt und lässt sich nicht öffnen. Auch dies ist wohl seit über einem Jahr bekannt. Ein Bett steht quasi im Wohnzimmer wo man vom anderen Zimmer durch gehen muss um z.B. auf die Toilette zu gehen. Auf einer Matratzen spürt man schmerzlich die Federn, was einen erholsamen Schlaf unmöglich machen. Ein paar mal auf Socken durch die Wohnung laufen und schon sind die hellen Socken so was von dreckig. Wir können diese Wohnung absolut NICHT empfehlen und schon gar nicht mit (kleineren) Kindern.
