Leider eine Baustelle gegenüber, aber die sehr guten Fenster (richtig Top ) haben den Lärm abgehalten

Exceptional Location, directly located in main street (Fußgängerzone), clean and modern apartment with a lot of electrical appliances, washing machine included.
Fußgängerzone seems to be somewhat loud during weekend (Saturday, people shouting), with open windows. Parking is with special card in public parking place nearby. This wasn't fully clear, but a phone call with landlord straightened things out. The given address "Bürgermeister-Smits-Str 49" is not for your navigation device/GPS - you will land in "Fußgängerzone" (not good).

Die Lage ist mega !Man kann alles super zu Fuß erreichen (Max 10 Minuten zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten) .Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr Komfortabel und man fühl dich sehr wohl das gesamte Haus ist sehr ruhig.
Dafür kann die Wohnung nichts aber leider ist eine riesen Baustelle vor der tür was teilweise sehr laut war aber dies hat unseren Urlaub nicht weniger schön gemacht!

Lage im Zentrum, Klimahaus schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, wie auch die Hafenwelten. Bremerhaven ist immer ein Besuch wert.
Die Parkplatz-Situation ist der Lage in der Innenstadt geschuldet In der Wohnung gibt es einen Parkausweis mit dem man auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz kostenlos parken kann. Also erst Gepäck ausladen, Parkausweis holen, dann Parkplatz suchen.
