Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Top Lage im Zentrum von Bremerhaven, mit kurzen wegen zum Klimahaus und anderen Museen. Mann muss aber beachten, dass sie in der vierten Etage liegt und kein Aufzug im Haus vorhanden ist. Als kleiner Hinweis mann könnte noch ein Radio zur Vollkommenheit in der Küche integrieren.
Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Da in der Dusche schon die Farbe von den überstrichen Fliesen ab blättert.

Perfekte Lage, funktionelle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
Das Bad bedarf sicher einer Renovierung / Modernisierung. Uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört.
