Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht über die Stadt. Super Lage: nah an den Havenwelten, City etc. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Restaurants auch. Mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Ruhig da im 9. OG, kaum Stadtlärm.
Etwas Baulärm war wochentags zu hören, das Haus wird gerade saniert und vermutlich kommen daher die Geräusche. Waren für uns aber nicht schlimm, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und am Wochenendewar es superleise. Der Balkon ist derzeit nicht begehbar, auch das war bei Wintertemperaturen nicht schlimm und ist vermutlich nicht dauerhaft?
