Great location, 3 minutes walk from the Gondola, 3 minutes walk from the restaurants, many ski rental places nearby, and has locker.
Hair dryer stopped working suddenly, and the Host sent us within the same day a new hair dryer.
Also we asked if there any more pillows, He got us pillows the same day just few hours later (from Tbilisi)
Thank you very much!
Only thing is too much light getting in the morning, BUT for us it wasn't a problem as we woke up early anyway (wanted to ski). Other people might find this a problem, but if you already came to Gudauri to ski, that shouldn't be a problem.

Host was amazing, went above and beyond in every communication, especially when ended up having to stay for an extra night due to road closures. Would definitely recommend.

Very close to gondola, no need to walk a lot.
Very comfortable bed and you can’t feel the cold from outside. Very VFM!
It’s apartment hotel do people occasionally scream outside because they think they are the only person in the world
