Love the location, the view, and inside looked pretty except the suite we stayed in was a disaster.

In our suite there was so many things broken. The microwave didn’t have the plate in it so it was of no use, one of the doors lock was missing and the washing machine was not working put my clothes in, it filled up with water n got stuck with all my clothes being soaking wet. It was a disaster I had to buy another suitcase to put the wet clothes in so I could catch my flight. It was horrible they need to check there suites before they rent it out. I better get back all my security deposit I gave them upon arrival.

great location...poor to non existent service

We didn't get any breakfast

The staff made us wait an hour and a half before we could access our room even though we completed the pre-check in requirements prior to arrival to avoid waiting. The room was honestly not very clean.....the floors were clearly not cleaned and the windows were a mess...so I am not sure why we waited an hour and a half for them to "clean"..when we called the front desk they said they would send someone but no one ever came. Getting towels was a true hassel.....the room was nice but the service was non-existent. Also I was surprised with a $300 hold on my card....this was not disclosed at the time of booking and there was already a $250 hold from the property owner....the communication was poor when I asked questions. I likely would not stay here again.

Stayed here for my 40th Birthday and this apartment was amazing. The view from every angle of the apartment was spectacular. The apartment was very spacious. The decor was simple, but cute. I really don't have a complaint about this spot, other than the elevator wait. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
