Great location and was able to accommodate our early check in. The room is right on the boardwalk. They give you your own chairs and umbrella in your room to use on the beach. The shower was modern and the tv had good choices.
The room doors aren’t soundproof but with the ac unit running we didn’t notice any noise at night. The hallways are narrow but typical for older buildings.

Well maintained and renovated older hotel in a fantastic location right on the broad walk and beach.
Room was small and the noisy HVAC unit was outside our window.

Location on the sand; AC worked very well. Large closet.
In ocean front rooms, windows didn’t open at all so couldn’t hear or smell the ocean. Rooms were antiseptic- all white walls, no art on walls, harsh lighting. Bathroom sink area has very little counter space. Room had odd smell.
