Proximity to the beach

I booked it through Booking.com, 2br, excellent pictures for 7 nights. it is not 2 br, they made a closet for a room and put two single beds. nobody cleaned it for the whole week and we had 1 towel per person for 5 days, then they brought new towel. all toiletries were for 1 person for 1 day, trash we needed to clean ourselfs. contacting property for cleaning and towel, no result. the dishwasher is not workin, bed sheets were dirty. I wish i could give a negative star, my vocation was ruined!

The staff was very kind and nice. They kept the facility clean. Everything was made easy.

Even though it was a little too chilly to get in the pool for us it was beautiful. And the dining area on the pool deck was great. The food was wonderful and the staff was wonderful. The bathrooms are clean up there. I like that we could walk to the beach in seconds. We love the cafe that was across the street it was wonderful. It's a bakery.

Quite a few disappointments but a very nice place .

it was a very nice room and view and it was very comfortable with a little kitchenette.

when i booked and paid online i wasn't told that i will be charged extra for a resort fee and parking !!! It was much more expensive with all the extra charges. Also the pool was out of order most of my stay.

Pool heater was broken and it was impossible to use the pool since it was freezing. Also hallways smelled musty.

The stay was not bad at all but I hated the hidden fees that comes when you get to there

The hallway to my room was very hot no air was on and it had a smell.y room wasn’t what I was expecting they told me it was supposed to be a condo it was more like a hotel room and the furniture was not in great condition. It had a huge scratch on the dresser and the bed had been worn and u could see it as soon as you walked in

I loved the walk to the beach and the restaurants ok the the beach also valet parking was cool the guys there smiled and always retrieved my car in a timely manner. Front seat was very nice they made things very easy.

Be careful, the price you see here is not the real value

Location.

Spend twice as much as expected at the time of rental with registration fee (absurd), resort fee (even if you are on business and do not use it) and very expensive parking service. There is no breakfast and not even a bottle of coffee in the lobby. 4 nights and no tidying or cleaning the room. The bed is still very low and old. The kitchen sink plumbing keeps making noise of water passing very loudly all the time.

I booked for one price but was charged an additional $150 in fees at the hotel I wasn’t aware of at time of booking.

Great place but not as family oriented as it once was.

Location and staff.

People smoking weed on balcony. Pool closing early and did not feel comfortable leaving my teenagers alone knowing that anyone from the street can go up to the bar with no key card. Hidden resort fee 40 per night and one time 50 was not clearly showing on booking. I had three room for three night a total of almost $600 that I found out about after I made the reservation by calling the property. Please note this is my 4th time in this property and it is not family oriented anymore.

We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, our daughter had so much fun.

Something we necessarily didn’t liked was having to pay for parking. I wasn’t aware of that upon booking but it was my fault because I didn’t read the fine print. At the end of the day, it wasn’t a big issue and the valet service was so nice and helpful. We would stay here again regardless of us having to pay for parking!

Great locationdon't expect much else

The location was perfect

You're treated differently if you book anywhere besides the hotel website. No one cleans, no one really wants to assist even though you are charged almost $300 in fees plus the price of the stay. It didn't matter if you want to use the facilities or not. Not enough vegan options. Most staff were rude or unable to communicate in English. The towel use process for the facilities is really a nuance for vacation. My room didn't have enough towels for my stay and I couldn't ask for anymore. I want made aware until after booking. Also fees weren't advised until after booking. Overall I would never stay at that location again.

The ok and the Ugly

The location is great. The pool area is nice, and the food at the bar was good.

We rented through booking.com and it turned out to be a private owner. The company that manages the bookings for private owners is not the hotel. They will not make any exceptions. There were a lot of fees I didn't notice buried in the "fine print" the stay cost me about 40% more than I thought it would. For that price I wish I had booked the Marriott.

The customer service was bad and I’m still trying to find out why they took 20 dollars out my account without my permission it was a bad experience for me never again

I had bugs in my bed the first night and they said they couldn’t do anything because I rented from a private company booking.com didn’t say that and I ended up paying other fees it just wasn’t good for me

Perfect stay will be retuning again

My favorite part about the property was how close to the beach we were and how caring the staff was. The valet service was an amazing everyone a part of that team was great front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The abundance of restaurants near by was amazing a lot of selections for food. We also stayed here to go to hard rock stadium and the distance from the hotel to the stadium was perfect and a straight shot

I love this hotel, location and amenities of the pool area. It’s the our second time here!

The condo didn’t have enough towels for a family of 4 for 3 night stay and when I asked for more, I was denied. Also, there was not enough toiletries and drinking glasses as well. The owner didn’t allow us to use the pool amenities after checkout and once we checked out, the front desk said we could have used the pool all day. Bummer. We’ll be reserving directly at the hotel for a better experience from now on. With all the extra changes you’d at least give extra towels and use of the pool after checkout.

Location is great and the bar area is nice but the roof top.

This is not your typical hotel. Basically nothing is included everything is extra and the hidden fees are insane. The room felt so stark and cold there wasn’t even a piece of decor there. There is barely any bell cars for your luggage stairs to the lobby no ramp which is super inconvenient no shampoo or conditioner included or basically anything included in your stay there is not even a vending machine on property so if you want water or anything at night good luck. Also in the rooms they have coffee makers but won’t include not even 1 coffee I mean nothing the carpets are super dirty in the hallways and it smells weird the balcony’s in the room were super dirty and the rooms were dusty for all the hidden fees I would definitely never stay here again not worth it in my opinion.

The valet manager lady name margely very Rud,and at the pool área they said my id was fake at the bar🤷🏻‍♀️ also the las day at 6 am the Emergency alarm when off every one at the building need the get out but after the Ambulance came was ok false alarm.

Great location! Right in center of all the action!

The property is conveniently located right where all of the action is in Hollywood beach, it was great being able to walk to the beach from the hotel and the two chairs service at the beach was an extra bonus! Just keep in mind that umbrellas are not included and it’s a $20 fee for the day for the umbrella! Loves that we were super close to amazing restaurants and entertainment.

Unfortunately it’s two separate properties from the hotel so getting assistance with extra towels and or linens was not an option. Additionally we had an issue with the cleanliness of the linens but those were addressed quickly. The walls are paper thin and we had some kids running in our hallway late at night which made it a little difficult to get some rest.
