It’s in a great location the room was a good size

Walking in we were not met with a nice greeting. The staff complained about us wanting our room cleaned daily and would only come every other day. We have 2 little ones with us and the floor would be dirty and the sheets a mess and my wife had to clean like we were at home.

Property is clean modern and nice. Right next to beach. Lot of restaurants near by. 40$ resort fee gives you 2 free chair rentals at beach. Pool and bar on the terrace are very good. Nice views from top

Mattresses are too soft and we sink in. We rented apartment style unit, but no utensils to cook if you plan to. Parking 48$ per night mandatory valet. Any cleaning to be scheduled 24 hrs in advance which sucks for the price we pay

I have stayed at this property before . Very convenient and close by to a lot of things that I need or want to visit.

The bed I had in my room was super sunk in. That was the only con also I feel like valet should be able to be alerted from your room so your car can be ready. There were multiple times where I had to wait for valet because they were getting other people’s car. I’m used to staying at hotels where their apps where you can request your car

My third stay here and it’s gotten better each time! Location, amenities, room size, valet etc were exceptional. Big thank you to Irina who upgraded my room to the view and balcony suite- can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed the stay every thing was in walking distance. Nice restaurant on rooftop food was good.

Very private. Room was gorgeous! I could live in the bathroom!

I went out because I had lots 2 see & do. Museums , Specific shops, crystal store, & a t shirt place who just happened 2 be a couple blocks from hotel. Then shower get ready to go out for coconut shrimp on the water. That bathroom was a dream come true! Soaker tub & rain shower.

Loved DJ played some my requests. Pool needed to be bigger. Or maybe have kids away from bar, have their own pool. (with chairs) Lot of guests standing. No where 2 sit unless at the bar. Families selfish with towels laying on chairs we could have sat on. Kids were in pool the whole time.

Great location

The front desk person was rude she was accusatory about my stay. Suggesting that they will keep the deposit if I destroy the room. I’m a 56 yr old woman not a rock star and nothing about my appearance suggests that I would destroy a room. Will maybe one thing 😒

One thing to bring back

Location. I have been staying here annually for approximately 5 years

No phone to reach the valet service. In the pass I just call valet and they were amazing. Now you need to call the front desk and at first they told me I would need to be there in person 🤨 to request my car. After I explained I was there for work and would need my car at 8 am every morning things worked out. Please give valet a phone

Only 1 elevator up to rooms.valet parking attendant was snotty as we were unloading and checking in.89.00 for one night to park my truck.parked in lot next door for 25.00.first valet person said we could check in and unload.second person came up and said I had to move my truck.had my hands full with luggage.nobody offered to help.attendant said he was calling security.It was a hassle just checking in and to get to the room.

I liked the balcony and the fact it was near the beach but the views are horrible, you can’t even see the beach

The staff, the long wait times, the many out of service elevators causing me to walk out of my way, the lack of parking, the fact that I left items in my room and they were never turned in until 3 days later after threatening law and legal enforcement’s. I then came to get my items and the guy at the desk was very rude. Never answer the front desk phone, this is a terrible hotel and I will never stay here again. I will go to Hyde or diplomat
