Super cute and comfortable! Great location, great host and all the amenities!

Location is unbelievable - right on the beach. Very nicely decorated and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was perfect! Being right on the Broadwalk was so convenient and fun. Loved everything!

$300 cleaning fee.

The location was great in the 2nd row off the beach and a view of the beach.

I paid $150 for a mid week cleaning but opted out of the cleaning instead asking for clean towels, sheets and toiletries. The management did not provide the items requested instead suggesting that we use beach towels and pull the sheets off the queen size sleeper sofa to place on the king size bed. I repeatedly asked for a refund for one of my two cleaning fees. Management has opted out of the refund charging $300 for cleaning.

This was our 3rd time back to the Surf. We won’t be staying anywhere else! It’s the perfect accommodations.

The location was perfect!! Right at the beach and just a few min walk to the boardwalk/restaurants

It wasn’t the cleanest had to send a message about all the dust. Dead cockroach under the kitchen sink and the living room TV didn’t work. I need reach out and they didn’t show up to address the issues till our last day of vacation and house keeping cleaned up but never did get they working for the kids. Just said sorry that was it.

Lack of attention to details. Remotes to ACs and TV didn’t work. Couldn’t change the tv directions to English until we went to the store and bought batteries. No view of the ocean from our room.

Definitely worth staying

The location was perfect,The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. The bed was so comfortable,I almost wanted to offer to buy it.! It was A few feet from the Beach,They provided chairs,umbrellas,kids toys,shovels, Beach towels,Sun screen,Apartment Cleaning supplies ect. So close to ArtsPark/Young Circle (you have to explore),Grocery stores,Shopping,Restaurants,and our personal favorite= HardRock Casino (1st time going) This place is a hidden Gem for sure. I wish I was able to share more than four photos with this review. Don't hesitate to book this location. We stayed in Apartment #4= 1st floor. The door code made us feel so secure and safe during our trip,Thankfully we had No need to carry around a card or key to remember to get back to your room.. We will be back

Very close to the Broadwalk and the beach.

We could never get it cool enough. Every time we walked into our place it smelt like marijuana. We had issues with the shower head not working on the first day. It feel off the wall when we tried to place it back up. The next day, someone came and installed a new one while we were gone.

location to beach was close

The unit blew a breaker within 20 minutes of being there and we didn't have electricity. It took some time to reach someone to tell us what to do. I don't think the sheets had been washed or changed. The code for the lock took some time to master. Sometimes we were outside for 5 or 10 minutes trying to get back in. We paid a $150 cleaning fee but, the maid wanted a tip. I told her to get the tip from her supervisor. I don't think they use $10 worth of cleaning products. No Pool! When others say it was a nice place they must be relatives of the owner.

Excellent

Very clean, fully renovated, has all the facilities you need: washer, dryer, parking, full kitchen and right on the beach. Perfect for a small family!! I totally plan on rebooking in the future. A true gem. The only thing I would change is the lock pad (Yale), everything else was awesome.

Incredible and beautiful. Would book again!

Everything was clean and providing utensils, cups, bowls, coffee maker, rice cookers, etc. was an incredible addition I was genuinely not expecting. I loved the color scheme of the room. The shower was the best part with the beautiful blue and gold marble.

Nothing was undesirable. The only con I guess I could say would be that the plumbing was done backwards so in the shower the "hot" side was in reality cold water and the "cold" side was the hot water, it also took some time for the water to heat up. Apart from that , everything else was great.

Expensive stay in strange little unit near beach

Near the beach. Bed comfy but very squeaky. Appliances look new & all clean. We did report there was no kettle to make a cuppa so one was provided & left hanging on unit C door..thank you!

No front desk or staff-communication only by email, text or phone. WiFi very poor in our unit, ok on terrace where other rooms are. Expensive for what it was. Our small unit C was at back of main building by car park & bins-it looked like a garden shed! Nowhere to sit outside our unit C other than walk to seats on main terrace-so to take our breakfast outside meant we had to carry cups, plates etc along passageway to the terrace. No shop anywhere near to buy things like coffee or milk. Managed to get UberEats delivery from Target.

Absolutely beautiful small apartment type of place within walking distance of the beach, during the day very beautiful area

Had AC window units and when it got up to 97 degrees the ACs would not get below 76, it was stuffy, they were loud and both working hard to keep the small place cool. The area in its self at night is very sketchy, the Wendy's just across the bridge had a bullet hole in the screen. They were extremely rude. All the shops closed early and basically becomes a ghost town. Nothing close by as far as shops or food to go to. No refund just offered 20% discount which is a joke, left after two days out over 900 dollars.

The beach is a few steps away.

There is no dishwasher in the appartement available (against description on booking.com). Not enough chairs in living room available. The appartement seems to be clean, but cockroach eradication shall be neccessary.

great location right by the boardwalk and beach. free parking was great as finding a parking spot by the beach may be an issue for locals.

loud AC that was more of a fan as it really did not cool the place down enough and yes I made sure it was set properly in the right mode. also, one of the windows did not close all the way down which made it impossible to lock the window. unfortunately, I had to trust nobody was going to get inside the room thru the window when I was not in a room.

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent location, nice amenities. Loved that we had a kitchen, beach towels were available in the rental, multiple towels for the week for the whole family to use, beach chairs to bring to the beach, and laundry facilities as an option. Loved that one parking spot was included. The updated renovations make this rental feel like a luxury. I love that the beach was so close and I was close enough to the action of the night life on the broadwalk but far enough that the noise didn’t keep us up. Would highly recommend this place.

Wish there was flexibility in checking in sooner but it’s to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed so I completely understand.

The Surf Hollywood Beach far exceeded my expectations and allowed for an awesome vacation and stay.

Awesome location just steps from the beautiful beach and broadwalk but was super quiet at night to allow for peaceful sleep. Condo was super clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for the entire family. Condo included a full kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals, which is a huge cost saver for a family. The beds were super comfortable. Also, there was convenient on-site parking.

Hollywood Florida

Location was great, about 100 feet from the beach. The apartment was really clean. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of kitchen utilities and a Keurig with pods. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

The only thing that wasn't good about the apartment (7) was the stair light outside the bedroom that was on all night. It lights up the whole bedroom. A black out shade is much needed. That is the only complaint.
