Cleanliness, great air conditioner
You have to take the keys far from the place. The floor entrance wasn't opening right. Not quite good instructions, and the 200 euros for the guarantee is an absurd.

the location was ideal as it was a 3 minute walk from the metro. we stayed one night and it was very clean and comfortable
the check in was at a different location which seems a bit inconvenient but overall great place to stay

Big room interesting location. Comfortable bed, good bathroom
Even though there was a kitchenette, there were no mugs or utensils. No bedside lights.
