The location was brilliant, 5 minute walk from Napoli Centrale train station & 10 minute walk from Spaccanapoli (the famous bustling cobbled street)
Plenty of food shops,restaurants on your doorstep.
The street that the apartment is located on can be a little intimidating at first,but I was there a week & people were friendly,I felt I've experienced a real gritty Napoli vacation,I loved it.
Luca the host was incredibly kind & warm, he was always there if I needed him & it was greatly appreciated.

I liked it because it's near the two main train stations of Naples, at most a 5 to 7 minute walk. Our host was very nice to us and recommended several very high quality restaurants that served excellent food. He also told us transport tips such which train stations to avoid and/or which ones to choose for the most efficient and simpler trip. And he also gave us a voucher for a nearby cafe to eat breakfast nearby.
The first impressions of the place is that it's unsafe and dirty. But after a little while, I realized it wasn't so bad as I initially thought. Naples in general is very dirty and trash is routinely left outside, although that's not the fault of the owner, more so the fault of the city itself.

Claudio was an excellent apartment manager - very friendly and helpful. He met us when we arrived and gave us lots of great recommendations. The place itself is very conveniently located by the main train station and circumvesuviana, so was a short walk when we arrived, departed and visited Pompeii and Ercolano. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy. The free breakfast at the local cafe was delicious!
I can understand some negative comments about the general area. However, there is a key to get into the apartments and then a key card for the room so we felt very safe.
