The property was nice and clean
The lady from receotion didn’t speak any language beside italian. I couldn’t understand anything that she said. Aparantly she understand romanian but couldn’t speak a thing.

The location in Garibaldi is a bit sketchy but as long as you’re aware of your surroundings we had 0 problems

The location was quite good, very close to the train station and quite close to the old center. Spacious room, very clean. Comfortable mattress, nice lighting. Included most amenities. Very nice of the staff to clean out rubbish every day.
There was a lot of noise (probably a common problem in this city but maybe something could be done to eliminate the noise). Pillows not very comfy., even though there were shower gels it would be also nice to have a hand soap, and some kind of shelf in the shower would be good to have and finally something could be done about the hot/cold water in the shower . Upon arrival the main door wouldn't open and the phone number didn't reply. Not the most friendly staff. Other than that (small things really) everything was fine.
