    My say at the UNA Hotel in Napoli was absolutely amazing experience. Location is very central to some great restaurants. Checking in was also a great experience. The staff were super friendly and was very accommodating. Highly recommended.

    Really hard to find a hotel in Naples but try to find another one than the UNA. The only positive is that it’s closer to here train station if your arriving by train. The staff was fine and the breakfast is pretty good but that’s it. The rooms were ok a little small and the AC was not very effective. You could open the window but the noise outside day and night was deafening. The area around the train station is not the most by desirable. There are nice parts of Naples but this is not one of them.

    It has change since we stayed from the first time, rooms haven’t been upgraded too old for the hotel brand and they gave us the smallest rooms.
