    Very disappointing stay. The entrance to the hotel felt extremely shady, with pigeons flying around everywhere, creating a poor first impression from the moment we arrived. While the hotel is close to Napoli Centrale, the surrounding area felt unsafe, especially after dark. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. On our very first day, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel is advertised as a 3-star property, but our experience was nowhere near that standard. The rating feels highly misleading given the condition of the hotel and the overall guest experience. I would strongly recommend travelers look elsewhere. There are far better options in Naples at similar price points. Please skip this hotel.

    The staff are very friendly and responsive! They offered us an early check-in and kindly stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the train and metro stations, as well as supermarkets. It is also within walking distance of the majority if tourist attractions in the city

    The hotel next to Garibaldi central station made easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful to pleasant stay.
