The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Excellent communication with the host from check-in to check-out, and the location was super convenient for exploring Naples and the region.

Nothing, everything went smoothly and met my expectations.

The room was very specious and very clean. The position is very good, you can reach a lot of objectives by foot. I highly recommend this place!

non proprio della struttura ma l’ascensore che se avete bagagli é solo per 2 persone e chiede 0,10 centesimi a volta

Location was very good, Room size was decent considering how small the hotel was.

When arriving there was no staff member available to check us in, so we had to wait for 20 minutes outside trying to contact the hotel. Hotel staff seem friendly but also seem not be running their first hotel, very inexperienced. There was a very bad smell coming from the sink. Broken bits of hanger in the warddrobe. Hotel phone kept ringing at the reception area and because the area was unmanned there was nobody to answer it. We had a phone call from the staff via whatsapp on our first day in the room asking if we could let a maintenance person into our room to service the aircon, when I said no as we were sleeping they still banged down the door and I had to get dressed and explain to them at the door that we were busy. This is not the type of issue I expect to be dealing with while trying to relax at a hotel.
