Excellent customer service. I had to call the reception 3 times for help and the person there was really polite, helpful and kind. They asked several times about the "check in info email", but I didn't receive any, so they explained everything by phone. The room was really nice and bright.

The check in process is terrible. Only after booking did a message arrive to say I needed to do the check-in in a different place. I looked online at the location and initially Google showed me a completely different area. I called the number, (luckily I have a European number, but this wouldn't be as easy for people without a European number), and I asked how is the best way to arrange to go from the check-in to the room. I wanted to know, is it walkable, or should I tell the taxi to wait. They didn't seem to care, and didn't explain. So I arrived, and then I had to get another taxi to go to the room, which added €12 to the price. They said I could walk, though it would take about 15 minutes, and as a newcomer in Napoli I wasn't sure how safe it would be to walk struggling down the street, with my suitcase, and the phone in hand looking for the location, so for safety reasons I felt obliged to order a taxi.
