Location, high ceiling, room facilities, communication with the staff, cleanness.
Very small shower (very very small), stinky smell coming from the bathroom all day long, no outside window (only looking to the stairs)

Good location, only a short walk to the bridge and main streets in Triana. Lovely apartment, in clean, secure apartment block. We could leave our luggage at 11:30 whilst the cleaners were there which was a good bonus!!
The sewerage smell in the bathroom which is the same all over Seville - but the extractor fan didn’t work so it felt a bit worse !!

Balcony is not really a balcony Baby cot was broken upon arrival for the first night Building is very poor quality: light from neibouring apartment comes in through the top of the wall Smells and dirt - blood stains on the sheet upon our arrival, pillow and baby cot smells like mold Very poorly equipped kitchen - we didn’t even have enough glasses for the whole group
