The apartment is in a very good location, walkable to city attractions and close enough to public transportation. Spacious, with 2 bathrooms and even a washing machine as bonus. Easy to find, close to many restaurants, quiet at night. Communication with the owner was prompt.

There seems to have been a party when we checked in as there were glitter and confetti on the floors of every room that only a sweeping did not remove. There are AC units in all areas but in the last bedroom to the left it makes a lot of noise so the fan has to be set so low that it barely cools the room.

This property was centrally located. We found the apartment to be clean and tidy with clean towels and linen awaiting us. there was a full compliment of dishes and knives and cutting boards and glasses, and we made use of the coffee machine most mornings. We came during the heat wave and the air conditioning was functioning very well and kept us cool inside. We arrived early on the train and the apartment owner was gracious enough to let us in early.

There was an odd odour that smelled like sewer coming from the master bathroom. If we kept the toilet lid closed it didn’t seem to be so prominent. The side of the mattress in the master bedroom was soft, and my husband rolled off the bed at four in the morning.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The host has thought of many little details which made our stay even more easier. The apartment had everything you would need when travelling including an iron, towels, toiletries, dish washer, washing machine and AC for the hotter weather. Around the corner there is a lidl which is a 2 min walk which is so ideal. It is in a quiet area and we felt safe during our stay.

Unfortunately during our stay the apartment across the hall was getting renovated and the workers would start around 9am most mornings. The noise was so loud we were unable to sleep and went on all day which was disturbing - not ideal when you've came on holiday to relax. Also the apartment is a bit further away from the city centre i.e. setas de seville - 20-25 min walk from most tourist attractions and it meant the taxi cost a bit more too. It may be easy to walk in the cooler months but it was a struggle during the current weather with a child in 39c heat. The apartment had a lot of ants. We were constantly having to brush and clean as they would be all over the floor, sofas and counter tops. They would be crawling on us at times as well, it wasn't pleasant.
