About this house rental
Semi-detached holiday home situated high up on the coast between Marciana Marina and Sant’Andrea, in a perfect location for discovering the countryside by numerous paths and tracks.
The property has been recently renovated by the Montecchi family, who have owned it for several decades.
The house is bright, about 90 square metres plus the terrace, and is comprised of a double bedroom and a further two bedrooms each with twin beds (which can be made into doubles).
There is a spacious open plan living room kitchen with a large wooden table to seat 8 people and two bathrooms.
There is a large balcony with stunning views of the sea and countryside, furnished with a table, chairs and sun beds.
The property is surrounded by a private fenced garden of about 200 square metres, a barbecue, table and benches make outdoor eating easy under the lemon tree by the rosemary bushes.
The house is surrounded by holm oak woods in the Elba National Park, which is a protected area for flora and fauna.
The house is close to several pretty, relatively unspoiled beaches surrounded by mediterranean vegetation, Sant’Andrea, Cotoncello and La Cala can be reached on foot along old mule tracks thus uniting a relaxing holiday by the sea with walks in the peaceful countryside.

We were six people and we found the house nice, clean and welcoming.
The house owner was very helpful and gave us good hints regarding beaches, restaurants and places to visit.
The large terrace has deck chairs, a beautiful table and the view is breathtaking.
The place is peaceful all the time and in the private ground floor we have made some incredible barbecue, using fresh lemons from the tree in the garden.
We often went to the beach of the Cala or at Cotoncello (only 10 minutes by foot), two beautiful and not crowded beaches.
We warmly recommend the property.
