Detached house 300 meters from the sea with garden and terraces.
In the center it enjoys excellent privacy.

On the ground floor covered veranda where you can have lunch. Inside kitchen, large living room with fireplace and TV area (with sofa bed), bathroom with shower.
A wooden covered staircase leads to the first floor entirely dedicated to the sleeping area.
Here we find a double bedroom (which can also be set up as a double), a large suite-type room with double bed and third bed (fourth bed) with large terrace, bathroom with shower and terrace
The house is equipped with barbecue and garden, car port and every comfort including heating, air conditioning and wi-fi and TV in all rooms.
Inside kitchen equipped with dishwasher.
Outside, wooden service house with washing machine.

A modern, elegantly furnished and functional house well located in the lovely village of Marciana Marina. All amenities are of high quality. A very nice garden perfectly suited for children as well, and balconies perfect for drying beach gear. We especially liked the outdoor patio table.The host was friendly and easily reached, but didnt meet us in person. We didn't get all instructions before check-in and after asking they were rather cryptic. I had no idea why there was a picture of alternative parking slot, but understood that on tuesday when our car was totally blocked because of the weekly street market just outside of the house. So remember to remove the car Monday evening.Usually (after our long experience in rented holiday houses) there's some basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil) in kitchen, but here there was none. Kitchen was otherwise very well equipped. There was a grill, but no matches, kindling pieces or coal. Just one piece of toiletpaper in bathrooms, no kitchenrolls or tissues. It's fine, if accomodation doesn't include those but that should have been mentioned beforehand.

We loved to stay at this cozy house in the middle of Marciana Marina. We found everything we need for a family of four and a little dog. It has a beautiful designed garden with his own parking spot directly in front of the house. Modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and perfect places to relax. Very nice contact to the owners. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our time here - we loved the terrace and the private garden and how well it was furnished and decorated. It‘s just a few steps away from restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and most important: the waterfront. The town is cute and was the perfect homebase for us. We would definitely recommend staying here!
