It's a really light and hospitable house, with a big garden of palms and fruit tree. It's located near the Forno beach, not so far from Scaglieri and Biodola's beach. You can go there by feet!

We‘ve had a wonderful stay in Casa Lottini located in a secluded part of the island. It is just a short walk away from the sea and features a great look at the northeastern bay. Outside is a beautiful garden sporting romantic sunsets over the sea and a magical light show at night by glowing beetles.Inside, the apartment is furnitured in a very personal style with a nice selection of books in Italian and German.The hosts were very welcoming and were easy to communicate with in english.We really enjoyed our time there and recommend it to all fellow travelers who want a relaxing stay in Elba.Thanks again to our hosts Martina and Monica!

We have to admit that Casa Lottini is even more beautiful than pictures can show you on this site. Garden, view over the sea, palm trees, pines, the house inside (perfect). On top Marco and Monica are the best hosts you could wish for!

We spent great vacations in Monica's villa. The location is very good (3 minutes from one of the nicest beach of the island) and the villa is very nice. Everyting was perfect. Thanks again Monica for your great welcoming, we will come back !

Wir fanden ein wunderschönes sauberes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf das Meer. Marco und Monica sind ganz liebe Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Stundenlang kann man auf das Meer sehen, kann die kleinen und großen Schiffe beobachten.
Über einen Fußweg sind wir an den Strand gelaufen. Dort hat man die Wahl: entweder setzt man sich in den Sand oder man mietet eine Liege mit Schirm.
Eines steht fest: wir kommen wieder!
