About this house rental
Beautiful villa "Ciuffini", 2 storeys, detached. 2 km from the centre of Patresi, 1.5 km from the centre of Colle d'Orano, 15 km from the centre of Marciana Marina, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Bus stop 2 km, ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Der Weg ist mit SUV gut zu bewältigen. Die Besitzerin und M. der Gärtner sind sehr nett. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wird 1x die Woche von M. gesäubert. 1x die Woche wird auch der Garten und die Terrassen in Ordnung gebracht, sowie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Tischwäsche gewechselt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wenn mal was kaputt wird, wie bei uns die Spülmaschiene wurde sie gleich durch eine Neue ersetzt. Wenn es am Abend nach einem grandiosen Sonnenuntergang etwas kühler ist steht ein Whirlpool mit Blick auf das Meer zur Verfügug. Es gibt keinen Handyempfang aber Festnetz Telefon und auch W–Lan standen zur Verfügung. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen. Auch mit dem Wetter hatten wir Glück. Bei 3 Wochen 2 halbe Tage Regen und 1 x Gewitter aber in der Nacht. Sonst Sonnenschein pur. Der Pool hatte eine Durchschnitstemperatur von 22 Grad. Noch zu erwähnen ist, das das Wasser von einer eignenen Quelle gespeist wird, welches als Trinkwasser geeignet ist und sehr gut schmeckt. Was das lästige Wasserflaschen hochfahren unnötig macht. Nächstes mal werden wir unseren Sodastream mitnehmen. Reisetipps: Lokaltips können wir nicht geben. In den kleinen Orten rund um das Ferienanwesen gibt es viele kleine Lokale, wir haben aber immer selbst gekocht, da am Abend der Sonnenuntergang beim Essen so traumhaft war und wir die Ruhe der Hektik in den Orten vorziehen. Für Mineralienliebhaber sind die Strände rund um Rio Marina zu empfehlen, wo man schöne Pyritstücke finden kann.

Die Lage des Hauses,die Aussicht u.der Pool sind ein Traum.Die Zufahrt ist wie in der Beschreibung sehr steil u.die Spitzkehren sind sehr eng mit Allrad gut befahrbar aber nichts für ängstliche Fahrer.lm Haus funktioniert alles u.es fehlt nichts.lm unteren Stockwerk ein etwas muffiger Geruch.Ein Tipp an die Vermieterin wäre Fliegennetze an den Fenstern anzubringen,u.die Sauberkeit im Haus bei der Ankunft könnte auch verbessert werden.Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer Traumhaften Lage. Die Matratze im oberem Schlafzimmer, müsste ersetzt werden.Die Hinweise vom Vermieter bezüglich der Strasse, sollten ernst genommen werden. Reisetipps: Monte Capanne, Marina di Campo, Porto Azzuro. einfach die ganze Insel. Alles sehenswert
