Propre et proche du centre (10 min à pied)
Il est au 3ème étage, la cage d’escalier est très vieille et lorsqu’on arrive à notre étage pas de lumière. La finition laisse à désirer, les prises ne tiennent pas dans les murs (dangereux pour des enfants), le support du pommeau de douche ne tient pas, les volets extérieurs tombent en ruine, le carrelage de la salle de bain a été repeint mais pas mal d’endroits où la peinture est partie, la cabine de douche est très étroite, le four de la cuisine était très sale (plein de graisse de cuisson)
