Les appartements du Koifhus

Great location, supermarket just nearby whatever you can get them. Towels are very clean as I like. And room very clean. The city have a green small bus free from train station to the center of the apartment.

They should be have the instructions for locked the door. Some information for recommendations to go around town. Kitchen room don’t have the wine opener, no tea, no coffee, many thing missed in kitchen room . like knife , salt, oil,,,etc and can’t cooking,. WiFi supper good . But there didn’t have an international IPhone charger. Next hotel borrow it to me :-)) . Supper hot in the room. Too much noise in the early morning and late evening from outside windows.

- in the heart of the town (150m or less, walk to both duplicate of Manneke Pis & fountain which Beauty & the Beast was inspired on) - The appartement itself was cozy & clean - Both the bed & sofabed were comfy

- no toiletries, less then a 1/4 of handsoap in the holder, no shower soap, we had to buy the next morning (luckily there's a Normal store not far from the appartement) - no shower mat, even with the door opening to the inside, water would still be dripping outside the shower cubicle.

The property is at a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to extend the booking for another day but unfortunately it was booked out.

There were no basic kitchen supplies. Not even salt and pepper. At least salt and pepper are a must if it comes with a kitchenette. Otherwise, everything rose was great ☺️

The apartment is really central. It is located in the heart of old town Colmar. It also has the very basic things - a kitchen with an induction cooker, plates, utensils, glasses, microwave, a Senseo Philips coffee machine (buy your own pods), and a toaster. It was also clean when we arrived.

First, the room that was given to us cannot be locked. While we are a mixed group of travelers, it still feels somewhat unsafe. We do not know who are the other people in the other rooms, or what if someone from the outside was able to get in? This part is a bit distressing. Sacond is that not all of the amenities it describes are easily accessible as one would expect. For example, we needed the clothes iron but found out we had to request for it. The iron was left in our room the next day but we only found it by the evening when we arrived from our Strasbourg day trip. Third, there is only 1 small electric fan and it was really hot when we stayed there. Note that we opened all the windows but that made barely any difference to the hear and it just exposed us to all the noise from the old town (the noise goes on until 12 AM or if a Friday, 2 AM, btw). Another electric fan in the bedroom is really needed.
