Les Hauts de Colmar

Die Lage des Appartement ist sehr zentral. Nicht weit von der Altstadt. Auch Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in der Nähe.

Leider gibt es in der Nähe keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Wir haben einen gefunden, der ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt. War aber okay, da wir das Auto nicht gebraucht haben. Es gibt ansonsten in der Nähe Parkhäuser, die aber relativ teuer sind.

La ubicacion sin duda es lo mejor, casi en el centro pero sin aglomeración turística.

Habían obras en la calle durante nuestra estancia y hacían ruido demasiado pronto, pero las ventanas cierran muy bien y se puede dormir con ventiladores que son bastante silenciosos. Por poner un pero, las escaleras (es un 3º sin ascensor)

コルマールを拠点にアルザス地方を観光するために3泊滞在させていただきました。 駅から徒歩15分（バスを使えばもっと便利）。 カルフールは歩いてすぐ。ちょっと歩くとモノプリ。 コルマールの旧市街のすぐ側（頭の家まで徒歩4分）。 建物の最上階にあるアパートは写真の通り綺麗で広々として設備が整っています。コルマールに住むように滞在できる素敵なアパートです。お風呂は嬉しいバスタブ付きでした。 猛暑（外は30度超え）の中の滞在でしたが、各部屋に用意された扇風機でなんとか過ごせました。

建物の最上階にある事、上り下りが大変なので足腰の弱い人には向かない。 2026年夏現在、建物の目の前が工事中につき朝7:00過ぎから工事が始まるので音に繊細な人にはつらいかも。

The ubication of the apt was good. It was easy to pick up the keys and for one night or two it is good. They offer milk, orange juice and coffee for the first breakfast.

For an additional cost, they will make the bed, otherwise you have to do it. For me, that's a minus point. It is the first time I have encountered that situation. The cleaning in the bathroom can be improved. In the kitchen, the water boiler was rusted. You can improve all those things, making it a better place to stay. Also, inform in the photos that the apt is on the last floor and there is no elevator. For me (I have a cardiac problem), it was very exhausting. TV is very small and doesn't have any app (like youtube or netflix).
