Location is great, within 10 minutes walk of old town - this is the prime selling point. Rooms are reasonably spacious. Both bathrooms have decent showers.

Building looks very deteriorated from outside. Apartment is better than the building. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean but old. It’s over a closed-down bakery. There is no air conditioning. Most of the year this is probably ok but we were in a heat wave and sleeping was difficult. The alternative bakery 400m away was closed for August when we visited, but there is a Casino mini-market 10 minutes walk. All street parking around the apartment is charged by meters on the road and quite busy. The open air parking yard behind the building is expensive for your stay, but Parking Saint-Josse is a secure underground carpark, 5 minutes walk, and only €3 per 24 hours. It was also suitable for our large van.

Location Spacious apartment, perfect for 5/6 people All necessary equipment, coffee, water, milk, juice, breakfast options - all great and very appreciated. Very well equipped kitchen.

- Heat and noise - we were in Colmar on the hottest day, obviously not owner's fault, fans were provided, helped a bit, but still hot. So if you're booking for hot time and are sensitive to it - not for you. - Appartement is facing busy street, when windows closed it was fine, but because of the heat we had to open the windows to "survive" and the cars and people noise almost all night was quite unbearable- if you're light/sensitive sleeper- not for you. - Entrance is via very unkempt gate, things looks scary and as it was to fall on your head. We had a moment of serious doubt when entering, but the appartement itself is renovated and in very good state overall (except for window blinds that are falling apart, and definitely need replacing). My suggestion would be for the owner to prioritise refurbishment of the entrance to prevent some heart attacks from more sensitive guests...

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung (vor allem die langen Betten, viel Geschirr und Töpfe, Ventilatoren). Es gab Tee, Kaffee, Aufstrich und Wasser zur Begrüßung.

Size

One bathroom didn’t have hot water, the other let water soak the bathroom floor, it was very cold and the coaches weren’t comfortable. The WiFi password was not on the white box, we had to call the owner to get it.
