Emplacement parfait pour vivre Noël à Colmar. Le duplex est parfait pour 8 personnes, la salle de séjour cuisine est bien pensée et conviviale, et c'est appréciable d'avoir deux toilettes et deux salles de bain. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.
Tout était bien, mais nous avons regretté de ne pas savoir où mettre les déchets, que nous voulions trier. Le parking devant l'immeuble est pris d'assaut à partir de 6h du matin, il faut le savoir. L'eau des douches peut mettre un certain temps à chauffer.

La proximité des marchés de Noël, les équipements, le confort général du duplex. Nos amis ont beaucoup apprécié ce premier séjour à Colmar.

Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach super! Auch die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
Leider hatten wir ein kaltes Wochenende und die Wohnung war zunächst laut Anzeige 15,9°C kühl. Die Heizung hat zunächst nicht funktioniert, somit gab es auch kein Warmwasser. Ich habe für sie ein paar Stunden zum Laufen bekommen, danach aber nicht mehr weiter geklappt. Der Vermieter hat etwas später reagiert (als die Heizung gerade lief) und bei zweiter Nachfrage gar nicht mehr.
