La posizione è ottima, letteralmente a 2 passi dal ponte sull'acqua che si vede in molte foto. Parcheggio auto a pagamento in zona, di fronte alla casa c'è quello specifico per le moto. Appartamento molto bello, con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno anche di più giorni (cucina completa, lavatrice, stendino, ...)
Più che una nota negativa è una caratteristica di tutte le case in questa zona: le scale per salire all'appartamento sito all'ultimo piano sono un po' scomode soprattutto se si portano i bagagli
