Good size and the facilities are great. Property was lovely and clean and the parking was also very good.

The location is great, just a few minutes of walking to the city center. The apartment is very spacious and clean, everything looks new and the kitchen is filled with all the necessary things. The bathroom was clean and everything was as it was described in the booking add. I would recommend to anyone staying for a night or a few nights in Colmar.

The apartment is on two floors and the staircase to the bedrooms is steep and with a low celling so it might be a problem for someone older or very tall (as was the case for us). It is not very big staircase though so I think this is not a very big issue.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, especially the living room area & couch on the top floor. The kitchen was nice. The house was clean and the heating was good in the bedroom. We liked the little decorative touches like a little Christmas tree in the living room!

We never received any instructions on how to access the property -- maybe a message never came through from Booking.com? -- so we had some trouble accessing the lockbox and had to contact the owner. There was no wifi (that we knew about anyway) and the property was missing key basics like shampoo, body wash, and a bath mat. Milk for coffee would have been nice, but there were a few teabags provided so we had tea in the morning instead. The shower also leaked and we needed extra towels.
