Amazing location, right in the centre of Colmar. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down on all the hustle and bustle below. The kitchen well equipped and the bed and sofa were comfortable. All the rest of the furniture was very tatty and falling apart.

Before we went, the owners kept trying to get us to pay an extra 30 euros as damage insurance in addition to the 300 euros damage deposit. This got us quite worried as to whether they were going to charge us for damage we had not caused. When we arrived we were expected to take pictures of any damage - a big job as 2 chairs had holes in them, the doors had fallen off the bedside cabinets and the towel rail was broken. We paid an extra 30 euros to check-in 2 hours early. When we got there they said we couldn't check-in early and didn't believe I had paid until I showed a screen shot of the bank transaction. It took several reminders to get my money back. There is no wardrobe in the main bedroom and nowhere to hang clothes anywhere.

Läget och balkongen var fantastisk. Uppskattade också rymligheten och de två stora sovrummen.

Badrum och toalett var separerade, vilket inte var optimalt.

Location was excellent ! And it was a nice cosy place

The fact that everything has to be cleaned up and put into cupboards at the the end of the stay

The location is 100/10 especially for the Christmas market, the balcony overlooks the main strip. The room is very big and if you have a few people it does not feel cramped. They left a bottle of complimentary wine Accommodation was warm

There was no hot water on the first night, there is an awful smell in the hall way which yo can then smell in the accommodation Did not know how to turn water and heating on. There were no instructions
