Charleston Oceanfront Villas 114 - By The Sea, is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo that is in the perfect location for your family vacation.
The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with coastal décor, all with lovely ocean views. Everyone can be together while relaxing watching their favorite shows, having meals or playing cards at the dining table, or cooking up some family favorites. The living room leads out onto the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and take in the sound of the waves, as well as the views of the beach and pier. Dining table has seating for 6 people and the bar has additional seating for 4 guests.
The oceanfront primary suite has a king bed, TV, and a full, private bathroom ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Wake up to relaxing scenes of the ocean and use your private access to the oceanfront balcony. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with access to the third full, private bathroom ensuite. High quality linens and bath towel sets provided.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.

Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Great condo. Super clean. Great location. Front row seat to beach firework display. Plenty of room and could accommodate 6 with room to spare. We were only a party of three but really great place for larger parties.

There was only two things that we had issues with. The code that was given to us to get into the property was wrong and another guest had to give us the code. The other problem was the ice maker didn't work. The ice problem was taken care of when your office brought us a bag of ice.

We have visited Folly Beach many times because it is relatively close to where our mother lives, and has been a great get-away with her. Love walking on the beach, funky restaurants and shops in the town, and "culture" in Charleston - music festivals and fancy dining. This is the first time we have stayed in this property.
The view from the condo is wonderful. The living area, kitchen, and master bedroom are lovely and very comfortable. However, you should not expect much from the 2 other bed and bath rooms. The beds in those rooms are kid quality - not comfortable - and the bathrooms have not been updated in a very long time. For us, the condo was not senior friendly. The doors into all 3 bathrooms are too narrow for a standard walker, and there are no grab bars in any of the bath rooms. So, beware if you are traveling with a senior. A final suggestion to the owner - the pillows throughout are very uncomfortable.
