The duplex is next to a restaurant, and you may smell their cooking in the apartment.
To reach the apartment, you need to climb a few narrow stairs. This is a two-level apartment, and it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
My home is a one-bedroom unit that can comfortably fit four people. It includes a double bed with clean linens, a living room with a convertible couch bed to fit two, and a fully equipped kitchen that can handle light cooking. The bathrooms have all the amenities to help freshen yourself up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
You will have all the essentials you need, including a TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, fridge, basic cookware, kettle, cutlery, toaster, microwave, coat rack, hangers, towel dryer, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and vacuum.
This apartment is kids-friendly, and we have a baby crib at your disposal.
My home is professionally cleaned for your safety and comfort.

Strategically located at the heart of the "gardette neighbourhood" where you will find many restaurants, craft workshops and an authentic parisian square.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Saint-Ambroise (line 9), is just a 2-minute walk.
The metro station Richard Lenoir (line 5) is 6 minutes away.
Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Pleasant, would return if it wasn't for the restaurant on the ground floor Location in town with quick access to transport, market, shops. Clean towels. Kitchen facilities ok.
Internet speed.
Smell from the restaurant downstairs.
Iron did not work.

Pluses: In the burbs of Paris with great proximity to metro and bus lines; surrounded by convenience stores, cafes and restaurants; apartment has plenty of storage with a spacious first floor.
Minuses: I experienced a lot of noise in the early morning hours - from dump trucks to construction - they start the day very early; the staircase that leads to the bathroom and bedroom is very narrow and very steep so if mobility is an issue you'll want to think twice.
Overall, location is on point (far enough from the hustle and bustle of the City center, but not so far as to make the commute an inconvenience). I can't not recommend this place.
