Stunning, fully renovated apartment with a view entirely onto the courtyard, located on the 2nd floor.

Located on a shopping street with a “bobo” vibe in the trendiest neighborhood in Paris. The apartment is just a few minutes from Bastille and the Marais.
This is a superb 65m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
It is laid out as follows:
- A living room open to the kitchen with a sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle...
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- 1 bathroom
- A separate toilet
- Ample storage space
- TV
- High-speed Internet (Wi-Fi)
Included services:
You’ll find your beds made and all necessary linens provided (towels, sheets, etc.)
Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule
Optional services (for a fee):

Travel crib with mattress (without linens) available upon request: 30 € / stay

HOUSE RULES
1. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. (very quiet building)
2. Parties, drugs, or any type of disturbance affecting neighbors are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit of up to 500 €.
3. Please be considerate of your neighbors and behave respectfully in common areas (hallways, entryway, elevator, stairs).
4. Lost keys will incur a fee.
5. No smoking indoors.
6. You will assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or in the facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage that occurs during your stay must be reported before your departure
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a financial penalty and full liability for any fines imposed by the administration or local authorities.
