Ideally located between Bastille, République and the Canal Saint‑Martin, this beautifully renovated 50 m² apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing setting. Air conditioning, two showers, two toilets, ultra‑fast wifi… everything has been designed to make you feel at ease, whether you're here to work, explore the city, or simply unwind.
The cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. This is more favorable than the platform's policy: simply contact the host, and you will be granted a free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
The total payment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of €500, in the form of a credit card authorization, will be held the day before arrival and released on the day of departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition.

This was a terrific stay. It was our family's first visit to Paris and everything Eric did from the beginning of our stay through the conclusion was amazing. The stay at this apartment help make this the PERFECT way to stay in Paris. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Eric's apartment. The neighborhood was so welcoming and kind to us. It's a very special place.

Loved , loved, loved this place and the host. We were warmly welcomed by the excellent host, Eric, who made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The apartment is down a short cul de sac. The street at the end is full of stores, restaurants and everything you would need for your stay. Two supermarkets are within a couple of blocks for supplies and two metro stations within a short walking distance to take you anywhere in the city.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and makes excellent use of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home. Lots of charging stations for electronics. This is a very modern, comfortable apartment. And a great base from which to explore the city.
Best of all was the host, who made sure our visit went smoothly. He was extremely helpful with negotiating our arrival and departure. Always available to provide advice and information, but not at all intrusive. He was the difference between a good stay and a great one. We will definitely book here when we return.
