Central location (Paris considering) with many good and reasonably priced food options around, metro & buses around the corner - and walking distance from Ile de la Cité. Super clean, and well organised place that fit our family of 5 without problems. And it’s quiet at night

Great location in the 11th arrondissement, close to specialty wine and food shops, bars, and restaurants. Eric, our host, was very kind. He messaged us throughout the weekend to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was very clean. It has separate rooms for 2 toilets and 2 showers, which was helpful when 4 women were getting ready at the same time! I would recommend staying here on your next visit to Paris!

There was a fan in the main bedroom, but the ventilation was not great. The space felt a bit stuffy at times. It was fine for us because we visited in the fall, but it could be a bit hot in the summer.

Communication with Eric the flat owner prior to arrival was excellent, Eric was super responsive and all required information was supplied ahead of our arrival. Entrance to the flat is with a code which was supplied in advance, so basically very easy as you can arrive any time and enter independently. Upon arrival Eric met us and provided information about the flat. The flat was super clean, bed very comfortable and location is fantastic - very close to the lively and trendy Le Marais district, yet at the same time the flat is in a very relaxed and quiet location. To sum things up, we had a wonderful stay at "Paris my home" and really would recommend the place to anyone coming to visit Paris - we personally would love to return in the future.

This was a little treasure in Paris. Eric was very helpful and has the apartment updated with the latest technologies. It was convienient to have a washer and dryer. There were also two toliets which is nice. We enjoyed the area with some nice restaurants, like a place called Yvonne just down the street. Overall, as described.

If you are taller than 6' the bathrooms may be a tight squeeze.
