Idéalement situé a 3 mn du métro Confortable Bien agencé Spacieux et bien équipé Très propre
- Mauvaise indications pour accéder au logement. Il y a un numéro 3 et un numéro 3bis. les deux avec les mêmes couleurs de portes, d'interphones etc..Et le "bis"n'était pas du tout visible. Nous avons donc essayé d'entrer au mauvais numéro. +50 mn pour avoir l'assistance au téléphone sans solution. Heureusement un passant à fini par nous orienter sur une autre entrée d'immeuble. - Une odeur de moisi dans le souplex - Très mauvaise surprise, la caution de 500 euros encaissée en plus du prix de la location à 535€

Lovely location, and incredibly spacious! Very comfortable. Enjoyed the air con in the Paris humidity!
It would have been good to have a little salt and pepper on hand and some tea towels but other than that it was more than well equipped.

Appartement neuf , et propre
Travaux de renovations pas terminé, pas de penderies , meme pas un porte serviette dans la salle de bain.. La porte du wc ne ferme pas , 2 chambres au sous sol , et pas de wc. Les chaises sobt de mauvaises qualite , nous n'avons pas pu nous en servir. Le four qui ne fonctionne pas et qui clignote sans arret.
