Amazing house! Very very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, there’s even dishwasher. The territory is big, spacious. At night it’s quiet. If I am ever at Phalasarna again I would absolutely stay there again! The owner left a bottle of wine for us and olive oil, super nice!
The only thing is that the bathroom is super small and if you are with more than 3 ppl it’s not super comfortable, but the property has summer shower outside, which is super convenient, so we were using it.

Gute Lage, schöner Vorplatz, viel Platz im Haus. Kurze Autofahrt zum Strand. Es gab Probleme mit dem Internetzugang, aber Mathios war sehr hilfsbereit und hat für Abhilfe gesorgt.
Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes wurde in die Taverne nebenan gebaut und es war zeitweise sehr laut. Sicher ist das nur temporär, aber es hat uns schon sehr gestört.
Außerdem muss man wissen, dass im hinteren Teil des Hauses noch jemand wohnt. Das hat uns am Ende nicht gestört, war aber erstmal überraschend und anderen Gästen vielleicht wichtig.

We stayed as two adults and three children. Beautiful house with a beautiful garden and everything you need! Mathios always available in case of need. Great location, close to beautiful beaches and excellent taverns. We could not have wished for anything better. If we were to return to Crete, we would definitely return here. Absolutely recommended!

Nonda’s mansion is a big renovated villa in Falassarna and it is surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful view. It’s a semi detached villa with garden and shower outside. The rear portion of the villa is inhabited and shares part of the garden. It is bright and has a lot of space, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, 2 bedrooms and one small bathroom. There’s a cleaning service every couple of days. The landlord is very helpful and nice and he was always available for any issue. I recommend it.
Nothing. If I have to pout out something, the bathroom has a small bathtub with shower where it’s a bit difficult to wash if you are big as me. I had to have a shower outside.
